OVERVIEW

Arina’s Pet approached Aliiiens with an innovative yet undefined product: a gel-format supplement created to support dogs’ endurance, recovery, mobility, and healthy aging. While the formula and format already existed, the product had no strategic foundation, no market language, and no brand identity that could explain its value to modern dog owners. Aliiiens was brought in to create the full brand direction and prepare the product for its upcoming launch.
THE CHALLENGE
Arina’s Pet came to us with something the category didn’t have: a portable gel supplement designed around endurance, recovery, mobility, and healthy aging for dogs.
The innovation existed. The category around it didn’t.
Consumers already understood chews, powders, treats, and traditional supplements. A performance-driven wellness gel had no established reference point, no familiar language, and no obvious place in the market.
That created a bigger challenge than launching another pet wellness product. We needed to turn an unfamiliar format into a proposition people could understand immediately – and build a brand capable of pioneering a new space in canine wellness.
The opportunity was to take the behaviors already transforming human wellness – longevity, performance, recovery, preventative health, and on-the-go supplementation – and reinterpret them for a new generation of dog owners.
THE SOLUTION
We didn't start by branding the product. We started by defining the space it could own.
We positioned Arina’s Pet as “The First Longevity Gel for Dogs”, giving the unfamiliar format an immediate purpose and turning multiple functional benefits – mobility, endurance, recovery, and healthy aging – into one clear idea: longevity.
That decision changed the competitive frame. Instead of positioning the product alongside conventional pet supplements, we built the brand around an emerging intersection of canine longevity, active lifestyles, and modern wellness.
From there, we created a brand world influenced less by traditional pet care and more by the codes shaping premium human wellness, outdoor culture, and performance recovery.
The identity, packaging, digital experience, investor narrative, and communication system were built around the same ambition: make a genuinely new product feel immediately understandable, credible, premium, and desirable.
Packaging visuals are under NDA and will be revealed at launch.
THE RESULT
Arina’s Pet now enters the market with more than a new product. It enters with a position to own.
A previously unfamiliar gel format has been translated into a clear consumer proposition, a distinctive category narrative, and a complete brand system designed for launch, fundraising, retail conversations, and future growth.
Rather than competing as another supplement for dogs, Arina’s Pet has been positioned to pioneer a new space around canine longevity and on-the-go wellness.
